True art is an expression of spirit, soul, and essential qualities, and integrates all aspects of life, surpassing any practical disctincions or divisions. Therefore art is invaluable and all-pervading, and should be accessible to anyone, anywhere, at any time -- for free. Everyone is a creator and should have the freedom to create art in their own life.
